The new year feels like a new beginning, a fresh start, a time where we can more easily tap into hope and inspiration. We feel motivated to start anew, and ask ourselves: what will I do differently?
It is a beautiful time to honor meaningful moments, deep connections, and successes of the past year, as well as acknowledge those things that broke our hearts. There are lessons to be gleaned, wisdom to be owned, and gifts to be celebrated!
It’s a time of transition ripe for personal alchemy: transforming the old story into a vision of a new dream of what CAN be.
